02 / The service in detail

What the monthly
service covers.

Both packages include the same monthly service and campaign options. Choose the active campaign capacity and approved media budget that fit each platform account.

Campaign options
Both packages cover Google Ads Search, Demand Gen (Display and YouTube), Performance Max and Shopping; or Meta reach/awareness, traffic, leads and Shopping. Choose the campaign mix within your package limits. Google Ads and Meta are billed as separate platform accounts.
Campaign structure
Google campaigns allow up to 2 ad groups and 2 ads per group where that structure applies. Performance Max allows up to 2 asset groups, with asset quantities scoped separately. Meta allows up to 2 ad sets and 3 ads per set. Basic normally pairs prospecting and retargeting at a flexible 70/30 budget split.
Creative and ad copy
Your agency supplies compliant images and videos, and can supply the ad copy or ask Skayze to write it. Original image and video production are outside the package. Shopping requires a usable feed or catalog, account access and compliant product assets; feed creation or repair is scoped separately.
Conversion tracking
Standard tracking review, setup and routine corrections are included within the agreed scope. Options include supported lead-form submissions, button clicks and phone-link clicks; a phone click does not confirm a completed call. Actual call tracking, provider fees, custom integrations and advanced repairs are scoped separately. Shopping requires existing purchase tracking, which we review before launch; missing purchase tracking may require an additional approved quote.
Monthly optimization
Both packages include a monthly performance review, search-term checks and negative keywords where appropriate, plus agreed campaign improvements. The optimization cadence is monthly in both Basic and Expanded.
Monthly white-label reporting
Receive a monthly report for your agency, under your brand, covering performance, changes and the next priorities.
Access to your data
Your team keeps access to the underlying advertising accounts and their available performance data between reports. Access does not depend on a new Skayze portal.
QA before activation
Every launch and live change must pass quality assurance. Agency approval does not replace QA, and copy changes require approval before activation. We keep a record of the work and correct our own in-scope errors at no extra charge.
Agency-facing delivery
Skayze works with your agency. You keep the client relationship, supply the brief and approvals, and receive the agreed campaign work. Both packages follow the same build and request timelines.

03 / Working together

How the
work moves.

Your agency keeps the client relationship and stays in the approval process. Skayze handles the agreed campaign work.

  1. 01

    Share the brief

Provide the platform, objectives, approved budget, targeting, destination, conversion goal, access and assets. Include copy or request copywriting.

  2. 02

    Prepare the campaign

With your copy: a 3-business-day build timeline. With Skayze copywriting and agency approval: 5 business days.

  3. 03

    QA, then launch

Nothing goes live without QA. Timelines depend on timely inputs and approvals; platform review can delay when ads begin serving.

  4. 04

    Review each month

Receive monthly reporting and optimization, with access to platform data between reviews.

Clear scope from the start.

Ad spend is separate from the service fee. Website and landing-page builds, original photo/video production, SEO, organic social, email marketing, CRM setup and lead follow-up are outside the package unless separately agreed. Before onboarding, we confirm tracking quantities and integrations, Shopping product counts, new and replacement build allowances, onboarding charges, payment and cancellation terms, and billing adjustments.

04 / The particulars

Before we talk.

The fee, the scope and how we work.

01

Which package fits our account?

Basic is $500 per platform account per month for up to 2 active campaigns and a $1,000–$5,000 approved monthly media budget. Expanded replaces Basic at $1,000 per month when you need 3–5 campaigns or a budget above $5,000, and always requires at least $5,000 in monthly media budget. At exactly $5,000, Basic covers up to 2 campaigns and Expanded covers up to 5. More than 5 campaigns, budgets above $10,000 or work outside package scope require a custom quote. Google Ads and Meta are separate billing units; ad spend is separate.

02

When will a new campaign go live?

Both packages follow a 3-business-day timeline with agency-supplied copy: build, QA, then set live. When Skayze writes the copy, the timeline is 5 business days, including copy creation and agency approval before build, QA and launch. The clock starts when the ticket is created, subject to service hours. Missing or unusable inputs can delay delivery; each business day a required agency response is overdue adds one business day to the due date. Platform review may delay actual ad serving.

03

How quickly are other requests handled?

Targeting and budget updates: 2 business days. Live ad-copy updates and performance inquiries: 3 business days. Qualified Red Flag urgent requests receive a response within 1 business day, with immediate attention during service hours. Examples include incorrect or uncontrolled spend, materially incorrect live ads, broken tracking, compromised access and major outages. Escalation contacts and resolution criteria are confirmed before onboarding. Service hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM (UTC−7). After-hours and weekend requests start at 8 AM the next business day. QA is required before every live change; updated copy also needs agency approval.

04

How many copy changes are included?

Each platform account allows up to 2 consolidated live-copy requests per calendar month, with a maximum of 2 updates to each ad that month. Bundle related changes into each request. Changed instructions after a correctly completed build need a new ticket and the relevant request timeline; a new ticket does not automatically mean an extra fee. Minor mistakes can be noted on the original ticket, and we correct our own in-scope errors at no extra charge. New and replacement build allowances are agreed separately; active campaign caps do not mean unlimited builds.

05

Can we change the monthly budget?

After the 20th calendar day, changes to the current month’s approved budget, billing terms or campaign cycle require an approved exception from the assigned paid specialist. Authorized pacing within an unchanged monthly total can continue, with QA still required. We confirm the package fee before an approved budget increase. Actual spend fluctuations do not automatically change your fee, and unused budget does not automatically roll over.

06

Which automation features are available?

End-to-end campaign automation is still in development. Daily Google delivery checks, account-health alerts and automated monthly pacing controls are planned; Meta monitoring needs separate implementation. We confirm availability before onboarding. Reporting delays prevent a guaranteed stop at an exact spend cap, and budget changes can still affect learning. The package commitments above do not depend on promising a fully automated workflow or a particular preview-link turnaround.
